A seasoned correctional facilitator and active member of Richland County's Citizen Circle, Juneo has dedicated his career to creating real change in the lives of justice-involved and marginalized individuals.His background includes extensive work as a case manager and program facilitator, with a strong focus on cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), peer support, and community reintegration. Juneo has also played a central role in developing innovative programs tailored to meet the complex needs of underserved populations. His entrepreneurial mindset and commitment to equity drive the company’s mission to deliver impactful, results-based solutions.
Mark Badilo – Co-Founder & Director of Innovation
Mark Badilo is a visionary leader whose expertise bridges criminal justice, behavioral programming, and technology-driven solutions. Holding a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Criminal Justice and a minor in Psychology, Mark combines academic insight with years of frontline experience.A dedicated reentry specialist, case manager, and adult education facilitator, Mark has supported countless justice-involved individuals through evidence-based programming and rapid rehousing initiatives. As a trained provider of trauma-informed care and an active member of Richland County's Citizen Circle, he brings deep empathy and accountability to every project.Mark also leads the organization’s innovation strategy, leveraging his skills as an AI and user interface (UI) developer to create smarter, scalable behavioral assessments and tools. His ability to blend human service with technology continues to drive the development of transformative programs designed for real-world impact.
